Celebrating the holidays Panamanian style

Making my list and checking it twice. I love the holidays especially Christmas with all of its traditions. I will be celebrating with my family, those that are still here, and those that have gone to heaven, and have left us a legacy to be continued. With that been said here is my list: Empanadas, tamales, carimanolas, arroz con pollo, arroz con gandules, fruit cake, (black cake), eggnog or Ron pope, sorrel punch, ceviche, and much more..... But what can I say, I will gain a few pounds, but it's all about the Holidays!!!!
