Lunch Menu

Protein Turkey Burger

1 frozen turkey burger
4 butter lettuce
1/2 cup mix Mexican cheese package
1/2 tsp Ortega dice jalapeño 
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp mayonnaise 
Mustard for topping
Instructions: grill or bake turkey burger at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until done. Place lettuce on plate smear mayonnaise on it, sprinkle some of the cheese on top, place cooked burger on top, sprinkle the rest of the cheese, top with mustard and dice jalapeño, cover with remaining lettuce and serve hot.

Side dish: 1/2 small apple top with Greek plain yogurt, strawberry slices and plantain chip.
Serve with hot or cold cinnamon tea, no sugar added.
